Notice of Scheduled Server Maintenance and Infrastructure Upgrade

As part of our commitment to continually enhance our infrastructure and service quality, KAI Farm will be performing scheduled maintenance and system upgrades on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, beginning at 7:00 PM (GMT+7). This maintenance period is expected to last until 8:00 AM on Thursday, October 31, 2024. During this time, several critical systems and customer-facing services will be temporarily unavailable, including:
Order Management System: Access to order management functions will be temporarily restricted.
Order Processing Tracking: Real-time tracking and monitoring of order processing will be unavailable.
Order Monitoring System for Customers: Customers will not be able to access the order monitoring dashboard.
KFCT Platform: All services on KFCT will be suspended during the upgrade.
KAI Farm (CS) App: Our multi-platform application will also be temporarily inaccessible during this period.
These upgrades are essential for enhancing the reliability, security, and performance of our systems. We anticipate that all services will be fully restored by the scheduled completion time.
