We are seeking a strategic and experienced Partnership Director to lead our market entry and growth initiatives in the China region. This role is essential for establishing and nurturing key partnerships, creating strategic alliances, and advancing KAI Farm’s mission and brand across China. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Chinese market, proven expertise in building robust networks, and a strong commitment to sustainable business practices.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

✲ Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy tailored to the Chinese market, aligning with KAI Farm’s overall growth objectives and values.
✲ Identify, initiate, and cultivate relationships with distributors, retailers, and other strategic partners to build KAI Farm’s presence and reputation in China.
✲ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product development, to ensure successful market entry and expansion efforts.
✲ Monitor and analyze market trends, regulatory updates, and competitive landscape in China to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
✲ Represent KAI Farm at industry events, trade shows, and networking engagements to strengthen brand visibility and influence.

Required Qualifications

 

✲ A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Agribusiness, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
✲ At least 5 years of relevant experience in partnership management, business development, or market entry roles, ideally within the agriculture or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
✲ Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships in China, with strong knowledge of local market dynamics and regulatory considerations.
✲ Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
✲ Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required; additional language skills are beneficial.
