As part of our ambitious global expansion strategy, we are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as Regional Partnership Director for the United States market.
The Regional Partnership Director will be a key member of our global leadership team, responsible for driving strategic growth in the United States. Based in our New York office, this position involves spearheading partnership initiatives, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of KAI Farm’s business objectives in the region. The ideal candidate will combine visionary leadership with a deep understanding of the U.S. market and a commitment to sustainable business practices.
Key Responsibilities
✲ Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy tailored to the U.S. market.
✲ Build and maintain relationships with high-value stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, investors, and industry leaders.
✲ Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
✲ Define clear business objectives and craft actionable strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
✲ Represent KAI Farm in high-level negotiations, conferences, and trade events to promote our brand and values.
✲ Lead cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure operational excellence.
✲ Uphold and promote KAI Farm’s commitment to environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility in all business dealings.
✲ Establish and track key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and business initiatives.
✲ Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
✲ A Master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Relations, Agricultural Economics, or a related discipline is required.
✲ A minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in partnership development, strategic business expansion, or related fields, preferably in the agricultural or FMCG sector.
✲ Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
✲ Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
✲ Outstanding communication skills with the ability to represent KAI Farm effectively across diverse cultural and professional contexts.
✲ A deep understanding and passion for sustainability, fair trade practices, and ethical business operations.
