

Official Notification – Update on Container Pickup Procedures
Dear Valued Customer,
In order to enhance operational efficiency and ensure better coordination for container pickups at KAI Farm’s factory and depots, we are implementing an updated container pickup procedure, effective immediately.
Please carefully review the following important changes:
1. Container Pickup Request Submission:
▬ All container pickup requests must be created through the customer’s registered account on the KAI Farm Application.
▬ Requests must be submitted no later than 120 hours before the expected pickup time.
▬ For calculation purposes, only working hours are considered (16 working hours per day, excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
2. Approval Process:
▬ Pickup requests will be reviewed and approved at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
▬ Working hours for approval calculation are also based on 16 working hours per day, excluding weekends.
3. Transport Partner Registration:
▬ Upon approval of the pickup request, customers must complete the transport partner registration within 24 hours.
▬ If the transport partner is not registered within this timeframe, the approved pickup request will be automatically canceled without prior notice.
4. Reapplication Requirement: In the event of a cancellation, customers are required to restart the container pickup request process from the beginning, including submitting a new request for approval.
Additional Notes:
▬ Only approved and registered pickup requests will be accepted at our factory and depot gates.
▬ Unregistered or expired pickup requests will not be processed under any circumstances.
