Invitation to Bid for Fertilizer and Plant Protection Supplies

KAI Farm is an agricultural company dedicated to promoting sustainability and environmental consciousness in agriculture. We are committed to cultivating high-quality coffee crops while minimizing our ecological footprint. To fulfill our mission, we are seeking suppliers for fertilizer and plant protection products for our 100-hectare coffee plantation from 2024 to 2027.

Growing area: Ea Kao commune, Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province

Scope of Work: We invite reputable suppliers to submit bids for the supply of fertilizer and plant protection products as specified below:

1. Fertilizer Supply: We require a reliable source of organic and environmentally friendly fertilizers suitable for coffee cultivation. The fertilizer must be designed to enhance soil fertility and promote healthy plant growth while minimizing negative impacts on the environment.

2. Plant Protection Products: We are in need of plant protection solutions to ensure the health and productivity of our coffee plants. These products should be safe for both the crops and the environment while effectively preventing or managing pests and diseases that may affect coffee crops.

Bid Submission: Interested suppliers should prepare and submit their bids in accordance with the following instructions

1. Proposal Deadline: Bids must be submitted no later than 16:30 17 November 2023 by GMT+7.

2. Submission Format: Bids should be submitted in digital format (PDF) to info@kaifarm.uk. Please include “[KFB.63546G] KAI Farm Bid – Fertilizer and Plant Protection” in the subject line.

3. Documentation: Bidders must provide detailed product specifications, pricing, delivery terms, and any relevant certifications or credentials.

4. Validity: Bids should remain valid for a minimum of 180 days from the submission deadline.

Evaluation Criteria: Bids will be evaluated based on the following criteria

1. Product Quality: The quality and effectiveness of the proposed fertilizer and plant protection products.

2. Environmental Considerations: The environmental sustainability of the products and their impact on the ecosystem.

3. Price Competitiveness: The competitive pricing of the products, including any volume discounts or incentives.
