Income from salary: From VND 28,600,000 per month (after taxes). Bonuses are applied according to KAI Farm’s policies at different times.

We are looking for an Automation Operations Engineer who will help us keep our processing lines operating smoothly and improve them over time.
 

Key Responsibilities

✲ Operate and monitor automated systems, including PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and control equipment.
✲ Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues quickly to avoid production delays.
✲ Perform regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and equipment adjustments.
✲ Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve efficiency and safety.
✲ Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and equipment performance.
✲ Follow workplace safety and food hygiene regulations at all times.

Qualifications

✲ Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
✲ Practical experience with industrial automation systems; experience in food processing is an advantage.
✲ Strong technical problem-solving skills and mechanical understanding.
✲ Careful, responsible working style with a focus on safety and quality.
✲ Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate clearly.
