Assistant Partnership Relations

Location: HCMC, Vietnam

As our operations expand, we are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Partnership Relations to join our team.

Job Description:

As our Assistant Partnership Relations, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing key relationships within the agricultural supply chain. You will be entrusted with liaising between suppliers, buyers, and our company to ensure smooth and successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Nurturing existing partnerships and identifying potential new connections within the agricultural sector.
2. Serving as the primary point of contact for agricultural partners, ensuring open and transparent communication.
3. Monitoring market trends and demand forecasts to effectively coordinate supply.
4. Proactively addressing and resolving partner inquiries and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement partnership strategies and objectives.
6. Representing the company in meetings, networking events, and industry forums to promote our mission and secure strategic alliances.

Minimum Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Management, or a related field.
* 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the agricultural sector.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the agricultural industry and its key players.
* Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
* Proven ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities.
* Able to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
